Club Penguin is an MMO aimed at children aged between 6 and 14 where the players' avatars are penguins. Players can decorate their igloo, chat, and do lots of other things. Being a member costs money, but the rest is free. There are tons of secret pins hidden around Club Penguin to collect. There are also some famous penguins out there.

The gameplay of Club Penguin is simple. Just make a penguin, get paying membership (optional, provides advantages) then walk around and meet new friends.

The full-featured Club Penguin went online on October 24, 2005.
